Every time an announcer says "that'll get called every time".I want to smack them.

There's nothing that gets called every time, the only constant in the nfl when it comes to officiating is inconsistency.

Yeah this is definitely a one sided affair not overly surprising obviously.
That chicago remake of their offense after firing the coordinator seems to have been very temporary.

Not just holding, pass interference, illegal contact, almost every penalty that exists is open to a plethora of interpretation which is part of game, as a fan you just have deal with it but when an announcer says it'll get called every time it triggers my anxiety because it's simply not true and never will be.

Based on what I know I'd bet the bears lose this in the most heartbreaking way possible.
Like, ball in the air and a seagull that somehow got into the dome knocks down the last second wide open touchdown pass or something like that.

That has got to be the worst clock management in the history of the league. And maybe in the history of all sports which have clocks.

how the heck do you let 39 seconds run off without taking your final TO or get to the line and go fast.

Eberflus needs to be left in Detroit after that debacle. I’ll even give him a pass on the myriad of penalties and other stuff. The clock management itself is a fireable offense.

I’ve seen bad clock management. I watched Ron and Jay coach.

That was next level hideous.

My God. Our entire living room was screaming either “Time Out” of “GO GO GO GO GO!!!”

None of us are bears fans, or really care about the game. It was more “oh my God are they really going to be that stupid?”

And they were.

If I was a Bears fan I would be ON FIRE.
