Are We Taking Advantage of the Extra Prep For Dallas?

I am really getting anxious to see Lattimore play and hope he is healthy by Sunday. I'm also getting anxiouis to see Johnny Newton have an impact. He had one good game, better than any game from Jon Allen in 2 years. But since then I have seen little from Newton.
he won, play sunday.

Dallas is reeling. If we don’t win this game in convincing fashion I will be very disappointed. Just surviving them wont be well received. They will have had 10 days to rest. I expect to see a team that is fired up.

I'm quite all right just winning, dont' care how ... I still have PTSD from losing to Devito and Chicago last year. losing would be a horrible.

As I was leaving lunch, a Daniels injury update flashed on the screen, but the restaurant had the volume off so I have no idea what was being said. Is there news?

The biggest advantage we get out of this "mini bye" is that we can rest up the guys for a couple of days. Both mentally and physically. Will be very beneficial!!

Right now it is TUESDAY. We had the opportunity to get a day rest, then practice on SAT, SUN, and MON. The Dallas Cowboys will be practicing WED. We have relinquished 2 of 3 possible days advantage we could have had.

Am I wrong?

not that pro is high shool, but in hs we had to travel 3 hrs away after winning a game 3 days before cause the district moved the game up because of bad weather predicted.we got crushed.ccan,t be easy on the cowboys.just saying.

Important as it is to get back to winning ways, if the team can't beat Dallas on a standard week's practice, they probably will struggle to win any of their remaining games on a standard week's practice. What's important right now is physical rest for recovery. There's plentiful of time for practice.

I am sure they are treating the mini-bye the same way as most other NFL teams. No need to get frantic about it.

This team has proven the ability to handily beat lesser opponents. They have not proven the ability to beat good / winning teams.

So I am not worried about Dallas, Tennessee, or New Orleans. It is Philadelphia before Christmas that I am unsure about.

Haven't they already ruled Lattimore out for Dallas? I thought I read that somewhere. Look - they clearly are faced with two options, more practice time, or more rest and heal-up time. I am not surprised if they've chosen the latter.

Eesh. It may work out, but trading for a guy who's not available for three games feels rough.

I bet Lattimore doesn't play
