Another Picanha roast

Still in Va Beach and visited one of my favorite butchers in Chesapeake and had to get another Pichana roast and a couple beef ribs. They didn't have any Prime roasts this time, but this one looked pretty good.

I am new to Picanha cut but have quickly become a fan. There is a restaurant with two locations (Va Beach and Chesapeake) that features it. La Oficina - highly recommend, especially at lunch.
