2nd-Annual BGO Ballers Fantasy Football League

It's cool, no need to make it retroactive. I got a guy on a bye week, and was able to sub in for Jackson, so it's not a problem at all.

Fantastic game neo. Congratulations.

I don't know how it happened, brother. I really don't. I saw the Hernandez TD against the Giants, looked at my wife and said "that's my fantasy game this week". Checked 5 minutes later and I was up by less than 2 points.

To be honest, I am still a bit stunned.

Jordy Nelson is what happened.

Then St. Louis went into overtime, and Jackson started racking up more yards and points. They punted to the Cards, and the Cards returned the punt 91? yards for a td, to end the game. Jackson never saw the field again.

You have a good team. Nicely done. You deserve it.

You know what's sad? In my other league, I am considering picking up Miami's D for next week.

Well, after the heartless, ruthless, sleeping with the enemy drubbing you placed on this fellow Redskin fan, using two Cowboys, a Giant, AND a member of the opposing team this week, I certainly couldn't think any less of you if you signed Miami's D.;)

My father in-law could probably score you some autographed Tony Romo figurines if you'd like.

Traitor.

:joke:

Congrats. Your team sucked this week, and you still won, cause mine sucked better.

I know we always talk about how projections don't matter, but I wanted to point to my win this week as the best example of this being true. I was projected to lose by more than 20 points. Instead, I am currently up by 52, with less than a quarter to go.

I know the projections are pretty off sometimes, but a swing of 72 points is insane.

Yeah, I haven't felt great about my Romo/Nicks/Dez combo this year. And when picked up Jacobs on waivers, something in me died.

Sorry to hear that.

Of course, I've heard, that giving can be a great way to make people feel better.

So, if it'll help, please send as much cash as you can fit into a FedEx overnight envelope, and send it to "Ax c/o BGObsession" and I'm sure Boone and the guys will see that I get it. After taking a small handling fee, of course.

Thanks! And glad I could help.

Cute story, but you were never projected to lose by more than a couple of points this entire week. Well maybe when you had empty slots in your lineup. Earlier in the week I was projected to lose by more than you ever were. Huge win though! You may have just bumped me out of the playoffs and you in. :claps:

Incorrect sir. At game time you were projected to win by a score of 104.97 to my 84.42, that's a spread of 20.55 points.

Instead, I won 108.78 - 61.02. Sorry buddy, but dumping DeSean off on you was something I had to do. He's failed me all year.

Wow. What a guy. No matter what they say about you Ax, you're a GREAT friend. I will rush out right away and put that in the mail. Bear in mind however, that I am married and not allowed to carry any cash. So, I wouldn't expect too much, but I'll send what I have.

Rocca me, baby! Rocca me like a Kerrigan! Back on top, as it should be. :D

Reminder: if you have players participating in tomorrow night's game, once the game is over you CANNOT change their status. So if they're on the bench, they will stay there. If you started them, you will not be able to replace them with someone else on Friday. Just a heads up!

Bush carries 8 times in the Raiders first 11 plays and scores the TD...are you kidding me? Man, McFadden being injured is killing me.

I was surprised at how easily the Raiders were able to run the ball. Oh how the Chargers have fallen! But don't fret, Neo - reports are that McFadden will be back any day now. The long week should get him ready for next Sunday.

Doesn't help me this week, Lanky, and I am running out of time. I pretty much have to win out and still need to get some help at this point.

So...guess it is too late to bench Sanchez for this week huh? ;)

Wonder how many Redskins fans out there still wish we had drafted him?

I was thinking about this recently and wonder how he probably got a bum wrap being forced into the Jets starting job. It looks like I was wrong about Brian Shottenheimer and Rex Ryan is the last coach I think should be developing a young QB.

I think Rex's free spirit has been a liability for a young QB like Sanchez. He probably needed to be groomed a couple years under a hardnosed coach like Coughlin (I know they didn't need him, just an example) and then let loose, but the Jets had the OL/run game and defense to have a competent young rookie run the offense. Now that they depend on Sanchez too much, he has not developed enough to get them there.

Not that he'd be any better here. He would have been a disaster because we didn't have a good defense and great OL/run game.

Sanchez sucks so badly. He's trying to kill me this week, and I don't even have him on my team.

I'm wishing I had started Dalton and he is playing @ Baltimore. Sanchez was that bad last night.
