Whatever optimism I had brewing pre-camp is gone. Now that Quinn has had the chance to see this squad against others, it would seem he feels the same way.

Feeling sadly confident that this will be but another waste of Jayden’s rookie contract. High likelihood this will be Quinn’s last season, and Jayden will enter year 4 with another new OC and/or head coach.

I sometimes have to convince myself that he’s on a budget. I all the time don’t care though. Wild to watch them print money and put it to use but keep personnel $ stashed away.

Reading back a little on his opening statement the run game, pass pro and the number of penalties are a clear frustration for him

Hasn’t looked like he belongs in limited action, unfortunately.

I shouldn’t be so low on a guy in limited vanilla preseason snaps but sheesh.

I'm focused more on the short term disappointment. The team will practice harder, a starter or two will show up on the injury report with a sprained pinky or migraines and fans will be ready to condemn the team for practicing too hard.

They'll take it easy again, and that's when Jayden gets bubonic plague or something on half pads day and proves all our doubts that he's too fragile and we should have taken Drake Maye.
