Some housekeeping and notes for those who have not done this before. Sorry, this is some of the rules stuff.
1. Please remember NOT to discuss players not selected yet. Someone you like may be falling under the radar then someone brings them up and they get picked just before your pick. Not cool.
2. All site rules apply. Participating in this does not count as a free get out of jail card. Break the rules suffer whatever consequences there are. And yes, we have had people banned mid draft (and they deserved it). Just means everyone else has to pick up their team.
3. Please do not poke people about hurry up and make your pick. Having said that, the flip side is make your pick as soon as you can. For example, you really want to trade out of a pick. You announced 2 days ago., It's now your pick. Waiting another 8 hrs is very unlikely to change things.
4. You cannot trade future draft picks more than once. Remember, they do not carry over to next year. So it's just for bragging rights this year.
Some notes:
1. Please announce your pick with the team and pick number. For example: With the 15th pick in the 2025 BGO Mock Draft the Atlanta Falcons select: Player, position, college - There will be times when
COWBOY-KILLA will have to step away. It makes it so much easier for him to get the OP caught up and for us to keep track while he is out.
2. One of the most important - Please, be ready to send top 3 picks if you are going to be away when your pick comes up. We all want to make our picks. But life happens and you will be away. It really helps the draft keep moving, especially in the middle to late rounds.
3. You will start getting DMs that it's your pick probably 10 or so picks out. Pease keep the DMs kind of clean, so you get them. It really helps to let you that people are making their picks and you are coming up.
4. Suggest you keep a list of potential players and mark them off as they get picked. I personally use:
https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft/prospect-rankings/ But there are others. This just goes into Excel pretty easily. Don't be that guy who picks someone who has been picked. If you are in the 4th rd, and there is a guy who should have gone in the 1st but you show him available, he probably did. Just saying.

Check and make sure before you make your picks.
That;s it for nopw. Sorry for the rules stuff but we have to get it out of the way. These have been landed on after more than a decade of doing these. So while some may seem random, they came about for a reason.
Thank for participating and have a great time!!! It will really change how you look at the real draft moving forward. Makes it even more interesting.
