no clue, he never even made it through warmups of his first practice...
 
Possibly something legal if they’re leading him away, my guess anyway
 
Taylor Heinicke dinged today in practice, hobbling around and clearly in pain. Per Rivera in his post-practice presser, they think he's 'okay', but that's not good. We don't need to enter the season with half our QBs injured and an unproven Steven Montez as backup to a 38 year old starter.
 
The release of Miller a game into the preseason is obviously a huge endorsement for Patterson. More so, it quietly suggests that Barber was much more of a lock to make this roster than many fans wanted to believe. At the end of the day, he is a niche player that they see as being quite valuable to their operation on offense.
 
Given what we've been hearing, it's not as shocking that they outright released Kelvin Harmon, but coming into this year, I wouldn't have believed a guy who was our #2 WR in 2019 would fail to make this roster despite being 100% healthy.

I guess it speaks to the talent we've added at WR. At least, I hope it does. I think he signs quickly with someone else.

Great news that Curtis Samuel is healthy now. I still hope they limit his action until the regular season.
 
I'd be shocked if Reyes doesn't make the team
 
We'll only keep 3 TEs (too much WR talent they'll want to retain to carry 4). Obviously Logan and Bates are locks. It's hard to know how the team views Reyes who obviously is a physical specimen, but who just played his first organized game of football at any level?

Hemingway didn't do himself any favors in the Pats game. Ricky Seals-Jones is a dark horse. I dont know if the team is really 'afraid' to go PS with Reyes or not (I mean, do other teams even know who he is?).

The best news for Reyes is that he is a fan favorite and the two guys with actual experience he is competing against haven't made a compelling case for themselves yet.
 
Why is Bates a lock? Serious question.

Hemingway is in concussion protocol. Dude just had a really bad first showing.
 
He’s clearly the #2 TE, it’s not close. And we spent a 4th round pick on him. He’ll make the 53.
