So far, I think the Skins have done descent this offseason based on what they have had to work with.

Allen said the Redskins were looking for better depth and I think these players with the exception of Kemoeatu will be just that.

The NT appears to be the one player here with potential 'ups'.

RB Willie Parker is a member of the Redskins. It's a one year deal.

Instead of old, expensive starters we'll have old, inexpensive backups who provide experience and the ability to push the youngsters. It's those two little words we've longed to hear....QUALITY DEPTH.

I really think GA and MS wanted to solidify the depth on this team with some better talent. And next year, they ware going to revamp in the draft since they didn't have much ammo to work with this year. That seemed to be the only way they can be competitive now while in the processs of re-tooling.

OJ Atogwe became a free agent today. I really want the Skins to take a hard look at him, and I think they will, since he played for Haslett when he was in St. Louis. With him playing FS, Landry would be down in the box wreaking havoc.

In other news, apparently the Skins have made an offer to Westbrook, they are just waiting on his decision. He is currently deciding between Denver and Washington.

Hmm....Releasing Ryan this early surprises me a little bit, but I love Furrey. (Did that sound really, really wrong? lol.) Tons of heart and quiet veteran leadership. I hope he makes the team.

Furrey is 33 years old. Bruce pulls in yet ANOTHER older vet. The Over-The-Hill Gang Rides Again!!!
