    I think its possible one or both aren't even on the roster opening day. I think when training camp opens, you're going to see a lot of guys at RB who we never thought/heard of.

    with or without LJ, I think Portis knows that he is on a short leash. So, maybe this will push Portis harder. Maybe not. If he's not part of the solution. Then he's part of the problem, and could end up getting cut late in the summer where there aren't many openings out there.

    I tend to agree....sort of. I don't think they believe the season is a bust per se. I just think they realize the current talent is as good or better than anything out there. So, they are looking to improve while installing their philosophy, system, etc.
