(New Poll) The Washington Commanders Brand 2.0: Beer Drinkers and Hail Raisers

If they did decide to incorporate an arrow into the existing logo, my guess is that it would be very subtle and would be integrated into the “W”.. it’s there, but not in an overtly obvious manner.

(New Poll) The Washington Commanders Brand 2.0: Beer Drinkers and Hail Raisers

I like the “W”…it stands for something now when you see it. Could stylize it a little more. Don’t give a rat’s a—er, patootie—about the colors although I do like the comp up above. I like that this damn site finally allowed me to both log in and see the threads lol…and, yes, I’m positive it’s...

    Daily Beast: The Racist Redskins

One of the worst arguments given for changing the name (among many) is "It's just a name for a football team"...meaning, who cares if they change the name, it's just a silly game and people are putting too much importance on what a team is called. The reality is, though, that Redskins is a...

Redskins Insider: Should a Redskins player ever wear No. 21 again?

I think #21 should still be worn, but maybe after a 10 year hiatus or something. Another player wearing it the following year would have been crass, and never having another player wear it would be overdoing it. Have a certain amount of time go by, then put it back in circulation.

ESPN Rick Reilly: Top 20 NFL Coaches

One thing I've brought up in the past was "Can you imagine Gibbs if he had Marino?"...I think the success would have been ridiculous. The opposite of that would be, "Can you imagine Belichick with Jay Schroeder, Doug Williams and a player's strike?" lol...I'm not thinking it ends with a Super Bowl.

ESPN Rick Reilly: Top 20 NFL Coaches

I do think some of that was Belichick's doing. I also think an equal part of that was luck, though lol...

The Butler Needs to Get Paid

I'm not quite convinced of that. We know he didn't pay "high dollar" for Portis, preferring to trade him. But Portis' personality and attitude--along with threatening to hold out after his 2nd season if he didn't get a pay raise--is not usually the types of things Shanahan lets slide anyway...

ESPN Rick Reilly: Top 20 NFL Coaches

Not to mention that Brady only started due to Bledsoe being injured...it wasn't as if Belichick immediately saw some vast improvement with Brady and benched Bledsoe because of it.

OF: RG3 Unspectacular But On Schedule in Preseason Opener

I actually expect RG3 and the offense as a whole to look "meh" against the Bears...seems more times than not, whenever we have anything good happen with the 1st team offense in the first preseason game, the 2nd preseason game the Skins look more like dog poop lol...

OF: RG3 Unspectacular But On Schedule in Preseason Opener

I definitely had a different perspective... While his talent level was undeniable, RG3's readiness to play at the pro level was always deemed suspect. Andrew Luck? He was supposed to be the "pro ready" QB, the guy who would immediately look comfortable and poised behind center...not Bob lol...
