I disagree.
My guess is they’ve concluded it would be either net neutral or more expensive to change the name again, which is why they aren’t doing it. If the name isn’t Red Wolves, Wolves, Warriors, or Sentinels, then there’s really no point in changing it again. Nothing else is going to land...
If you want a White Tundra Jersey, you can now get one for $64.99. I actually kind of like this one, and that's a great price.

Also, I don't know if this was true for everybody else but a throwback helmet to the "Football Team" era was the last thing I wanted with the new brand. For me the whole Washington "Football Team" era was a sad time that needs to largely be forgotten. We did get a division championship out of...
I think it's because with that design the base color is black...but the fact that it is black is not the focal point of the helmet. The burgundy and yellow W and stripes really stand out with that variation, and it is without question better than the current black. I get the frustration...
I’m definitely expecting a redesigned black uni. Those have been heavily discounted as well, even the higher end version. The only ones that have not are the Super Bowl era. The original black helmet with the numbers on it has been absent from the team store for quite a while as well. I...

Yep, we’ve been talking about it for a little while now. It’s very evident they’re clearing out the old stock for the new. Everybody’s expecting a new jersey reveal around draft time.
The problem with that kind of two-dimensional thinking is that once you demand change, you don’t get to control what replaces it. They never stopped to consider they may not like the direction it goes.
In the hysteria of 2020 a lot of the opposition was saying it all needs to go away. Now that we are several years removed from that time more rational heads are prevailing.
Yup, perhaps you are right.
Now we are rebranding back to Washington “Football Team”..i.e. Washington “oh shit…now what”with an actual name. Many may never like Commanders, but at least it is an actual name.
I think what the organization has recognized is that Washington still needs visual continuity—even if the name and the Native American theme are gone.
In 2022 they strayed too far from what this team historically looked like. At the time, even I thought that might be what was necessary to...
