2026 NFL Draft Order

No. We have a higher SOS than they do so they are currently in the 6th spot.

Here's the top 10 as of now (according to USA Today)

Philly beating Buffalo, and NYG beating Vegas counted against us double in SOS. The fact that Cleveland beat a division opponent counted double for them. Us losing to Dallas also counted double against us also.

Philly winning, and

As for SOS versus the Browns

I think all these 4 have to go our way or something like that: Rams (tonight), Titans, Pats, 49ers to win. Though looking at those matchups, its not crazy, its doable. 49ers beating Seattle is the big one, it swings 2 games, and that seems the hardest one to go down.

The bills failing to convert the two point conversion helped us.

I thought the tie breaker was conference record and the eagles would get the 2 seed with a win but apparently it's head to head so the eagles need a win and a bears loss.

Either way by winning yesterday they still have something to play for next week.

If the Giants win and we lose--the Giants will pick behind us.

If they win their fans may revolt.

Going from the number one overall pick to possibly number 7 in 2 weeks and throwing away the potential to gain 2 first round picks and change while simultaneously only sliding back that far in this draft would be disastrous.

Not to mention they seem to do this every year, they handed us jayden two years ago doing the same thing.

And if Dallas wins they could end up with the worst non playoff pick this year.
That'd be nice considering they have way more draft capital than I'd like them to have.

They still have the great Will McClay too to find them more future Pro Bowlers

I am not overly worried about beating Philily. Realistically beating them would cost us 0 to 2 draft positions. Life would go on either way.

You're probably right.

There are scenarios where we could gain more but they are unrealistic.

Even with a loss to Philly there's a reasonable chance we stay right where we are.

We coming off 3 extra days rest with JJ having a start under his belt. Philly going to get crushed!

In all seriousness it might be a rather chippy affair considering how the last one ended.

Can we just play Handsome Hartmann instead? He’ll get developmental reps, and guarantees we won’t win.
