Raiders get Washington, snatching all the big names
So, we just come up short every time we try and make a move?you don't know what he's tried and what he hasn't. you aren't privy to the phone calls or whatever. they are also not operating with the same draft resources. part of that was his fault with his bad lattimore trade and iffy Deebo trade. that criticism is fair.
I mean I can't help it if you are just going to make assumptions and hold to them without evidence. irrationality is not a position I can argue against. So, we just come up short every time we try and make a move?
I don't buy that. To me we are just sitting there eating popcorn.
This year it worked in Round 1 and 3 as IMO we got two guys that are going to contribute right away.
But in the back end of the draft you can get some steals but you have to be open to the idea of moving around.

Well, we are never going to know the inner working of the draft room unless someone writes a book.I mean I can't help it if you are just going to make assumptions and hold to them without evidence. irrationality is not a position I can argue against.
You dont actually want jalon daniels do you? Some names still on the board:
Kilgore, S, South Carolina
Hecht, C, Kansas State
Burks, WR, Oklahoma
Lew, C, Auburn
Johnson, RB, Nebraska
Cole Payton, QB, ND State
Curry, Edge, Ohio State
Prysock, CB, Washington (this is my top want right now)
Benny, DT, Michigan
Taafe, S, Texas
Jalon Daniels, QB, Kansas (JD6!)

I wouldn’t mind him. But not to be drafted. UDFA - why not? I keep adding him for the bit, though. You dont actually want jalon daniels do you?
I just assumed you were joking because of his name.
we could use the opportunity of comp picks being allowed to be traded the past couple of years to move upAll these comp picks aren’t helping our wait either.
40 damn picks in the 4th round.
you aren't just judging by results though. you are getting your jimmies rustled by fairy tales you've made up in your mind about what you think they are doing during the draft and off-season.Well, we are never going to know the inner working of the draft room unless someone writes a book.
All we can do is judge by the results.
No fantasy tales. Judging by the results.you aren't just judging by results though. you are getting your jimmies rustled by fairy tales you've made up in your mind about what you think they are doing during the draft and off-season.
Hecht is still there and he's a good OC steady at both run and pass protection.Dammit. There goes Lew
I dont think we are going to draft a RB this year. Just based on signing two in FA. maybe we add an UDFA?Going out on a limb here, IF RB Emmett Johnson is there with our upcoming pick, I'm thinking AP selects him. I'd rather nab OC Sam Hecht from Kansas State but got a feeling.
Abd if they make a bad trade, they just do an Amazon return the next day and get their picks back. Not only that but they make bad draft trades as well. The Ravens just sit and let the talent fall to them every single year.
i've already stated they wasted some draft capital on some bad trades. one of them was for Tunsil and we lost significant capital from that for 2 years in a row...but I'd say it was worth it. so there is very little capital to work with and if someone is not willing to give us a good trade offer for what we do have then what can you do?No fantasy tales. Judging by the results.
If you are simply looking at Washington and not looking at what other successful teams do in moving around and making the board work for them then I guess there isn't much I can tell you because you have your mind made up that this is all alchemy and there is no way to understand the process other than to become Merlin the Magician.
It's not a zen mystical process.
