The 2026 Draft Thread - Day 2

I enjoy crapping on Peters as much as anyone. Also I love going through stats. Also, I do think their approach at WR has been subpar.

So I get and don't mind all those shooting the arrows at this FO for potentially tarrgeting a WR at 71.

And don't get me wrong, I am not married to WR. But if one of 9 guys among the ones I listed fall at 71, I'd be jazzed to see them in Washington.

In fact I'd go as far as saying Bernard and Antonio Williams, Stribling and Sarratt might be my BPA at 71, depending on who else is there.

NFL averages just under 6 WRs taken in the 2nd round, curious to see how this year plays out and how that impacts what's available there at 71.
 
I count 14 teams with a 2nd round pick and an identified need at WR who haven't picked one yet. There's going to be a run at some point, does it happen in round 2 or 3?
 
Stribling going off the board in the first pick in the second is bad news.
 
In a blink, one WR off the board who you'd think had an outside shot to reach 71

Agree. He was one of my favs, on my guys list. I am guessing now zero shot Bernard ends in the third.

I’m not.

I’m thrilled we have a potential HOF LT protecting Daniels. If they cost a 2nd and 4th this year, seriously, we got him cheap.
 
Just pray for lots of Oline and Dline in the 2nd.... passing game is overrated folks.... all them WRs are divas.... draft a fatty
