If we could get Brian Thomas Jr. for a 2027 draft pick I might be in favor of that over paying Jennings $100m.

I love his hard line on signing guys.In the future, AP really really needs to keep his draft picks, and stack up extra picks as well because he is just way too cheap, or way too disciplined in how he spends the money, to be doing the FA thing as a major need year after year.
It means soon there will be no players left to pick up...That is cryptic as f—- what the heck is that supposed to mean?
Teams like NE for years under Belichick could draw a hard line on salaries and even trade away good players rather than paying them above a certain level but for most of the Patriots run Scott Pioli and the front office were finding pro bowlers in Round 4 or 5 of the draft.I love his hard line on signing guys.
But it doesn’t work when that is the way you can get guys. If this team got consistently good AP’s strategy wins championships. His strategy is sound.
He’s NOT bad GM. This is a really tough situation.
I'm holding out hope for Selvish Capers (one of the GOAT names)They're waiting until they get a yes or no answer from Shar Pourdanesh.

Better team name IMOIf it’s not Greg Dortch singing on the dotted line, I’m going to become a full time Defenders fan.
Doubs got about what was expected. Maybe a million more but in the ballpark per year.
He was my top get left over Okonkwo and Jennings
Makes me wonder if we try to trade up from 71 for a WR in the late 2nd round. If we still had a 2nd I wouldn't be feeling nearly as bad (2nd is loaded with WR talent) but it's not like we don't want Tunsil either.
welcome! you are joining a championship fandom. If it’s not Greg Dortch singing on the dotted line, I’m going to become a full time Defenders fan.
Yeah its too bad we're just not a great destination like the jets.Nahshon Wright to NYJ-1 yr @ 5.5M
He would have been a good get
