Justin Fields is just not a good QB. -10 yards net passing is ... pitiful.

There was once a poster who gave Ron a REALLY REALLY hard time for not doing anything possible to trade up and drat Fields. Even after his rookie season went "meh." And I kept saying, "yeah, but he's not good. Why would you do that?" And the answer was "he's better than the alternative and you had to KNOW the next draft was not going to have any QBs, so go get one in 2021."

Apart from the fact I don't know how accurately you can predict a class more than a year out, I just kept coming back to one simple fact: he isn't good at throwing a forward pass. Which is a skill you want in a QB.

Eagles and Cowboys just lost to teams that have been top 5 worst teams for more than half a decade. Making fun of them for that isn't talking shit. It's funny to just about any fan of any other team. The 🐻s have never been that bad and the past 2 seasons have actually been expected to be good, or at least much improved.

I think Detroit is going to win their division on the end. I picked GB because Detroit lost both coordinators. Doesn’t seem to be mattering.
