I'm hoping they have decided on an architecture firm and have actually made initial progress. I hope it is not a design build firm

How many kids do you have? You may need a few more 🤣🤣🤣

If anybody is going to buy PSLs? I suggest you buy them as quickly as possible!. It's like an IPO. The value will only rise in future years.

For real! If an Architect does the drawings and doesn’t have to build, you always get a more creative design. If the people that design it also build it they make it easier on themselves.
