The UDFA
Saw Deebo wearing a hat similar to this in his training camp interview with Kay Adams.... wanted the one with the feathers but they were all sold out. This one is still nice with good quality aesthetics. Hail!
Slater out for Chargers is a huge loss
It's a bad injury, too. Full patellar tear. That's a rough one to come back from, and a longer rehab time than an ACL.
I'm glad he just got his new contract a few weeks ago. I think this exemplifies nicely why players want to max out their value while they can.
What happened? I quit at halftimeWell the last minute of the game was maybe the most embarrassing thing I've seen
I'm always in favor of this anyway.Ok...so we're keeping only 2 QB's on the roster and a 3rd on the practice squad

And also why teams don’t want so many guarantees. Until the salary cap rules allow escape from catastrophic injuries, I’m siding with the teams.
I want to watch my team to win a Super Bowl more than I want an athlete to make $60 million instead of $30 million. I don’t want to be one injury away from being knee capped for 3 years by a bad contract.
The push-pull between labor and capital. A tale as old as time.
I'm all for players earning their market rates. I'm not down with players holding out/demanding trades when they are 2 years into a 5 year deal, but I think pending FAs should get as much as the market allows. The NFL certainly isn't hurting for cash, so they should pay these guys well.
Neither you or I would work for $50k a year when everyone else around us doing the same job is making $100k. We all want to maximize our value.
In this case the labor is millionaires and I have a hard time finding sympathy for either side in any negotiation.Sure. I agree. And generally, I side with labor. The owners are billionaires, F them. But selfishly, I just want to watch my team win.
And we lost a tackle to a torn ACL
