Go big or go home.

Absolutely, it's the only way.Go big or go home.

Thanks Boone. Might give this a whirl Tuesday or Wednesday, after the cold front rolls in. We don’t do high temps in the 40’s very well down here. This is a Pioneer Woman recipe that caught my eye a few years ago. I may do this one today as it's pretty chilly down here in NC this weekend.

Yeah I had to put a shirt on this morning...a bit chilly out. 🤣Damn. I was feeling bad that it was 54° this morning. But it’s 70° now so I guess I’ll survive. 🤣
Made this last night. Enjoyed it very much. Good hearty soup. Was worried about how flavorful the broth might be, but was very good, I’m assuming due to the bacon and sautéed veggies. This is a Pioneer Woman recipe that caught my eye a few years ago. I don't make many soups except when I have a chicken or turkey carcass and make some soup out of that.
My daughter loves soup, so she has prodded me into making a couple, including her favorite Avgolemono which is delicious.

Very popular in Italian/Greek places here.I've never heard of Avgolemano but it looks pretty good with a quick Google search ... chicken and egg and lemon and rice... sounds like a pretty good combo
