I love BRob but is he a featured back that deserves the super majority load of carries? Feel like Kliff could have changed it up a bit more. McNichols is much more shifty

If didn't see much from any RBs today. Robinson’s big play was a swing pass that was backwards and counted as a run. It was just tough sledding for the run game today.

Having said that, I’m sat ill upset that they didn’t give Robinson the ball two straight times on 3rd and goal at the 1. I thought Kliff got too cute in that instance.

Team has to learn to close out games they are leading into the fourth quarter.

Perhaps coaches are being a bit tentative in calling with a lead too.

It will be nice to see Daniels with another receiving option next week.

I think it was painfully obvious that McLaurin was our only real option at WR and the number of catches and yardage totals for the others bear that out.

You see refs stop play to correct the clock all the time. Bullshit excuse

How do you fix it in that instance though?

Do they blow the whistle come in and say the clock operator accidentally stopped the clock and we're going to assume they wouldn't have had enough time to run up and spike it so the game is now over?
That would screw the saints as much if not more than it screwed us.
It was razor close as to whether they would have had enough time to get a play off and unfortunately there's no fair way to fix that mistake.

This is embarrassing. Yes, mistakes happen but they had time to correct this. This was the second major timing mistake in this game. We all remember the missed FG when the quarter had expired for a good 5 seconds. This is basic officiating that these guys are messing up. The fact that Hochuli refused to answer if they knew this is even worse. Sounds like they knew but didn’t want to admit they gave New Orleans a play they shouldn’t have had.

It really gives lots of ammunition to the NFL is fixed crowd.

Officiating was truly lamentable in this game. They missed an obvious bounced ball, an expired quarter, and a blatant pass interference against McLaurin on the underthrown ball. Also, both the roughing the passer calls were b.s. - Armstrong got the QB on the shoulder, not the head/neck, and I am not even sure what prompted the call on the second.

They also missed intentional grounding on the play just before the bogus roughing the passer call. Rattler was under pressure in the pocket and threw it way out of bounds about 20 yards behind the receiver who was running up field. I remember in New Orleans when Cousins was called for grounding late in a game when the receiver ran a slant and Kirk though he was going to run an out. It was a quick throw too with not much pressure, but it was said that miscommunication doesn't matter. If the throw is to no one, it's grounding. Yet that was completely ignored today. Just a litany of bad officiating from this game.

Glad I didn't bet on the game. Refs totally boned them all game.

It was -8 at kickoff.

I haven't bet on games in a long time, but I would have taken the over had I been so inclined. Glad I didn't after this team damn near catastrophically shat itself.

Am I the only one that thinks the Tush Push should be banned. It's completely unfair. As soon as the players in the back push, the play should be blown dead because your forward progress has been stopped.

So many mistakes in the 2nd half. And BSJ chipped in his reliable “automatic first down” when we least need it.

Mclaurin was mugged well before the ball got there, the defender never looked back for the ball, and we saw no flag. Don’t tell me about BSJ.

If the refs didn’t bet on the game I’d be shocked.

Refs sucked, but we once again stepped on our willies... If the O wasn't getting flagged, the line was letting the rush through way to easily. I mean, even Young had 2 sacks for cryin out loud. Nothing wrong with a little luck, so I'l enjoy the win.

That Bills/Lions game was something else. We are a ways from being that level of team. But I do think we have the QB to be able to get there with another couple years of building the roster.
