Glad he talked around that. No good GM tells you what he's doing there.

A little surprising how this was apparently the only place he was ‘all in on’ in terms of becoming a new GM. He was a lot more effusive and giddy on that point than I anticipated.

Saying it's not a complete blow-up may be true or it may be diplomatic. I suspect that there will be many heads rolling from a lot of departments. There may be a number of Snyder survivors worth keeping on, but everything from social media to groundskeeping deserves a close look. No free passes. As for the roster, I think the change will be sure but steady. In terms of the coaching and scouts... I think we will see aggressive change.
