Hit on one, although I had him going in the 6th.

I agree, Derek. I was just thinking about that this morning and think that is the best route to go moving forward.
The only thing is though, that we will still require a second tiebreaker, as it is possible that there can be a tie at the top of the leaderboard without getting a pick right.
You are both still getting a prize though, even if Boone thinks he doesn't deserve it.
1. Most correct of players picked by WSH
then
2. Most correct of players picked by WSH with CORRECT ROUND
then
3. Most correct number of POSITIONS by round
I feel like hitting a player accurately should carry more weight than hitting a position group correctly

One other *rule* I think we need to include next year... I thought I had won outright because I had us drafting a LB in round 7 and we actually did draft one (Andre Jones) as that's how he was listed in college and in mock draft software. NFL.com had him listed as 'Edge'. The team has them listed as a 'Defensive End'. I think it needs to be how the team ultimately lists him (in their written announcement). 'Edge' is technically not a position so I think in the future that should be avoided entirely.

Hey Derek,
When I calculated the points, I did not worry about the trade that took away one of our 6th round selections. If a contestant identified RB as one of the selections for one of the two original 6th rounders they had, I gave them the points for that, even though one of the 6ths ended up being traded if that makes sense.
