At least it's not the Walmart Steelers ones.

They should be since they are going into the playoffs. The irony of course is that the situations should be reversed. Dallas should be resting players this week and Washington should be playing for something. But alas Philly lost giving Dallas hope for a division crown and a 4 game winless streak made this a meaningless game for Washington. And suddenly my care level for this game is that of a preseason game.Cowbums basically at full strength

I wonder what the benefits of putting a player on 'IR' in Week 18 are? I mean, why not just list them as 'out' for the game if it's not something like a fracture or ligament tear? Are there ramifications of 'IR' status in the offseason and next year?

Yeah - and it might be contributing to some of the anonymous 'squawking' we are hearing leaking out to media members. We haven't seen that kind of dysfunction in awhile and for me, it speaks to something very wrong. There may be a reason larger than talent and injuries and Scott Turner why we haven't won a game in 5 weeks. Something's wrong with Rivera and company and these players.

When I saw 'some players' were talking 'anonymously' - I immediately thought of Logan Thomas. He just seems like a guy who likes to stir the pot/point fingers. Then I see his wife spouting off on Twitter about how the team's most talented players aren't being utilized correctly. Maybe you should be focused on your own piss poor play in 2022 Logan and the numerous mental lapses and mistakes you made that contributed to losses and leave the rest for someone else to worry about![]()
An unnamed veteran, when asked why the team lacked a spark during the Commanders' most recent defeat, responded by saying: "Ask the play-caller."
Tight end Logan Thomas recently told reporters the team should be scoring more points with the amount of talent on board.
"The way I put it is: We got so much talent, we should be scoring more points than we have [been]."
