Definitely agree. Despite the poor start, he shook off the rust and made plays that Wentz never would have.
 
Heinicke was as bad in the first half as anything we’ve seen from Wentz this year. He had a good 2nd half but we’ve seen Wentz do that too.

I saw the same things from Heinicke we saw last year. Weak arm. Late balls. Poor decision-making at times. Poor ball security and pocket awareness.

The difference the past 2 weeks has been the defense imho. We did not allow Aaron Rodgers and the Packers to convert a 3rd down today. No one has ever done that to Rodgers. That’s pretty impressive.

Heinicke for sure ain't Tom Brady or even close, never will be, and isn't the answer here. He is better than Wentz due to his quicker release, gamesmanship, and leadership. He raises everyone else's level of play on the offense and the other guys believe in him. Receivers finish their routes knowing he will find them. Wentz doesn't have those intangibles.
 
The person who typed up the nametag probably wasn't even born when Mark played and overall QC in the organization is so poor that no one else caught the mistake. Probably got the spelling confused with Mos Eisley Cantina or Mos Def.

You are most likely right that the person who typed it up never saw Moseley play and probably wasn't born then. But that doesn't excuse their mistake. I know you weren't doing so, but I'm just saying in general. I wasn't alive for George Washington's presidency, but I can still spell his name. Even if I didn't know how to spell his name, I could simply look it up online. I still don't know how to spell Jurgensen without looking it up. I do so because I want to spell it correctly. It's not hard to do and I'm just a message board guy. But where is the quality control where someone looks at all this and verifies it? Early in my career my team lead was talking about a teammate who always would go on vacation or take off after something they did went live, leaving the rest of us to answer for it and fix any mistakes. His comment was a simple one and one that has stuck with me to this day. Have some pride in your work. There is no one in this organization that takes pride in their work and it shows.
 
In and of itself, it's a tiny insignificant flub. But the fact that the team continues to make these kind of errors, over and over and over again, and still apparently can't figure out they should double and triple check things are correct - it's just incredible.

And it reeks of really, really not caring, or just being incompetent.
 
Snyder's defense mechanism when getting heat from fans or the media is to run back to the team's past and draw off what Gibbs or Allen did and the players that excelled here.

John Riggins called him on it a number of years ago. Brian Mitchell said he was wary of interacting with the owner and front office EVER because of their penchant for staining others and bringing them down to their own level.
