My uncle sent me an old photo today which I cleaned up and enhanced. This is a photo, probably from the early 30's, of my grandmother (front row, 2nd from left) and my great aunt (2nd row, 4th from left with basketball) posing for their high school basketball team. My grandmother was a major athlete, starring for both her high school and college basketball and swim teams.

This was a cool project Miles Monroe did for me. I actually posted these on the High School's Facebook Group page which was really cool. Pete does amazing colorization work if you are looking to do something unique with an old family photo.

So, I had an outdoor light fixture that needed to be replaced. As I pulled the light away from the wall, all this white stuff drops out. I look in the electrical box and find the mother load of lizard eggs. Between the ones that hit the ground, the ones I got out, and the crushed ones in the box, I say there was at least 100 eggs. They are now in the procession of my daughter the science teacher.

What kind of lizard lays eggs that big??? Sure they aren’t snake eggs?

Can't remember the type my daughter told me. I've found them before, even had a single one hatch. I thought snake eggs at first too. They're tiny, maybe 7mm long.

Estimated 10-12ft gator dragging a python. Yes, it’s bloated but also missing its head and part of its tail. Longest recorded python in the Everglades is 19ish feet. You do the math.
