its obvious that he wont catch a break with you.
favre should have worked on his ankle
welker on his knee..
etc
etc
Shocking.............
Not.
Time for Albert to man up.
He gets off the couch, runs that test and can go sit back down. he wasnt training during the off season to lose weight and try to get back in to football shape. his big butt was sitting behind a mic sucking it up.
so you would have been happier had there been structural damage?
he will soon enough. AH's act got old. but they need him on the D. they're gonna work him in....they've already started
Put the fat bastage in one of those body wraps that fat old women use to drop weight fast a few times over the course of two months. He could easily drop the weight, and still be in the same crappy condition he was in last season.
ive had a friend take a step on the basketball court, just a normal step and his achilles roll up like a set of blinds that go crazy.
and i still wont believe golic did it until i see proof.
With Albert Haynesworth not being able to take the required conditioning test due to sore knees, it’s no surprise that the team ordered an MRI today. The good news is that the MRI showed that there was nothing structurally wrong with the knee, according to the Washington Post.
Really wish Albert had the same heart and desire that Colt brings to the game of football.
Granted, if he's healthy we can be better with him, but need him ? I'm not too sure about that. Shanny has planned to play without him from the looks of it for some time now.
we haven't seen the d-line in action yet. but it's a cobbled mesh of aging players, injured payers and other teams failures. it's open to question how well that d-line will do come Dec....and IMO...it's probably one injury away from being totally average. Haynesworth is a royal pain, but the team has already committed 21 mil, he has been an all pro and he is definitely better than the other mediocrities on that line. they need to work him into the mix while getting him to shut his trap and perform to a high level. they weren't able to trade him - he's here for the year unless someone decides to just cut his arse. cutting him may make folks feel good, but it's incredibly stupid after 21 mil has been sunk into the guy. Shanahan is making his point and glacially putting the moves in place to slide AH into regualr team practices.
Albert Haynesworth to retake conditioning test Saturday

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that the "plan is" for Redskins defensive lineman Albert Haynesworth to retake his conditioning test on Saturday. Schefter has few other details, and it's unclear which side he's getting his information from: the team or Haynesworth.
If it's the Redskins leaking information to Schefter, and Haynesworth hasn't deemed his troublesome knee healthy enough yet to complete the test, it could be another power play by Mike Shanahan. Schefter, of course, wrote a book on Shanahan in 1997. So it's certainly not a poor bet that Schefter's report is coming from someone close to the coach, if not the coach himself.
On the other hand, Haynesworth and/or his agents could be using Schefter to get out the news that the $100 million nose tackle $48.2 million right defensive end's knee has healed sufficiently, and Haynesworth is ready to practice. Haynesworth was observed "flying on a treadmill" Thursday.
Or perhaps Haynesworth is just getting bored. The extent of his participation in Friday's practice? Recovering fumbles in a turnover drill.
