Well here we go, Defensive changes?

For what its worth, Callahan was the offensive coordinator at Dallas. He called the plays from the booth, but it also involved others in the play selection, which led to sideline issues. That was probably the biggest reason he left Dallas, the sideline GM chaos that is the three ring circus of the Cows.

He should be our OC imho.

Like others not overly impressed with DC candidates, but after Barry anything would be an upgrade. Hopefully.

One thing I've learned over the years. When Redskins fans confidently proclaim 'Well, it couldn't possibly get any worse' be afraid. Be very afraid.

Well, in this instance it literally couldn't really get any worse.

Though I do find it funny that the Dolphins DC, whose defense ranked one spot below ours, just became the Broncos head coach. :doh1:

Don't like the idea of Bradley.

When you have players commenting that he never changed defenses through out the season(ran the same stuff on first and second down from Sept.to Dec.), that doesn't bode well to me.

If they hire Bradley, we might improve marginally(if you're the worst in 3rd down defense, only one way to go,right?) but I don't see him scheming up a top 5-10 unit.

Rather have Pettine at this point.

At least he talks about playing to the strength of his talent.....Isn't that what we want a coach to do?

The player that made those comments was Jalen Ramsey. A highly skilled defensive back that was considered a very smart and coachable player during his time at Florida State.

About Bradley? Really? This goes to the concern I had about him catching lightning in a bottle...he was able to take over for a very talented Seahags' defense and turned that into a head coaching position.

So the rumor is McVay steals away our TE coach to lure Wade to LA. But what if it's us that promotes him to OC (perhaps with the understanding that Gruden will call plays for the first year) in order to lure Wade to D.C.? Not sure how that would sit with Callahan or Cavanaugh though?

Maybe the whole 'junior factor' is a red herring and just being with the same franchise as his son is draw enough for Wade.

Please let us snag Wade - I wanted him the last go round!

Wade as defensive coordinator Wes as offensive coordinator? Son and grandson of a bum?

There has to be better candidates than the first two if we can't land Wade. But how exciting would it be if we do?

Even Phillps would need more talent.
He can't walk on water.
But maybe he can turn water into wine.
Maybe he'll look at the roster and think, "I'm too old for this shit!"

And how come nobody keeps him around very long?

Dammit!

Just sign Pettine already and be done with it.

Yep, there he goes.

No one wants to work for the inept fool we have as a head coach.

Get ready for a new HC and staff after 2017.
