So can perspective, apparently.glad we won...but LMAO just the same. memory can be selective:
- Redskins without starting offensive guard
- Redskins without starting safety and a one-legged CB
- last minute drive was time (well over 6 mins when it started) and penalty aided (big time). it's not like the team was looking at 1:30 on the clock and had to depend on Kirk to "matriculate" the ball downfield
Right. We should have used the hurry-up there and scored quickly to ensure the Eagles get at least one more possession. Situational awareness is for suckers, let's manufacture something irrelevant to criticize.
- offensive/defensive kaka the entire first half and when the game was on the line
Because that's what everyone is saying.happy with the win? you betcha. did it look like a master in control? no. not really.
Thanks to "some of you" for standing up for ... what is it you're standing up for again?but it was good enough which is an improvement over the last couple years. do I still believe we are done for if the opposing team builds an early lead? yup. do I think we have faced a number of teams plagued by average to poor Quarterbacking - other than the gints? yup. do I think the defense is still the key to success thus far? yup.
so.....it's a good thing we won. some of us depart protocol when it comes to perspective.
