They got it right, for about 50 different reasons. Here are three:

RG3 just had his knee torn apart. Who else had his knee torn apart, and rebounded quickly?

Jay Gruden.

RG3 buys in immediately.

We could have picked a few different coaches. How many of them played the QB position, and how many of them rehabbed from RG3's injury?

Who knows exactly what he's been through?
