Maybe missed the board, Disel?

You hated homerism when we 'overpaid' for RG3 and some of us loved it too Brian. All he did was go on to become the rookie of the year and win us a division title in his first season. So while I appreciate some skepticism (I think all Redskins fans have some well-earned skepticism), you haven't always been right in your less than optimistic views either.

Just for Elephant's benefit - I hated that last pick![]()
Brazilian-born, right-footed, 3-by-2, soccer-style kicker captured the Lou Groza award after converting all 21 field goals as a junior and has gradually improved his leg strength.
Very good leg strength to convert consistently beyond 50 yards, with 13 career 50-yard-plus field goals. Consistently drives the ball through the end zone on kickoffs. Has proven he can handle pressure. Works at his craft. Confident approach. Outstanding career production -- Rice career record-holder in many categories. Four-year starter.

Well, to be fair, you really don't know if he'd have been drafted after us - you're just being a pain in the assI like drafting a kicker since we got that extra 7th! He would never have been there in UDFA.
You're wrong about this. I told everyone I was not happy about what we gave up for Griffin because he played too hard and would get crushed in the NFL. He did. We lost an entire season because of it. A lot of younger players may never have had time to develop on offense because the entire game plan had to switch in his 2nd season. I was not wrong about Griffin. Exactly what I feared came to fruition. Right now one rookie of year year is about a wash since his injury made us the 2nd worst team in the league the following season.

Seems to me you either believe in the FO, and the specific skill sets and roles they're looking for, or you don't. I've seen nothing from this new FO to indicate they don't have a solid plan. They're not going to hit on everything--no one is--but I'm pretty comfortable giving them an offseason or two to put together a team.
Can't please everybody!
Sure can't. But you can laugh at them and point.

WEAKNESSES :
The ball does not explode off his foot (rise).

That, and he's got hair in places none of us could even have imagined!

I like the sounds of this:
Jay Gruden thinks they got major value in Bashaud Breeland ...physical, multi dimensional...has position flexibility (can play safety)
