Out of curiosity, has anybody attempted to do a mock draft using the Yahoo draft application?

I've tried several of them and seem to get disconnected from the draft window quite often. I don't seem to know what the issue is.

Hopefully all goes well on our draft night and looking forward to see how it all plays out. I know one thing is for certain - Mock drafts and BGO drafts seem to take entirely different directions. That's what's great about our league - you never really can expect what kind of curveballs will be thrown on draft night.
 
Anybody else having trouble logging into the league page. I keep getting an error message. And the draft is tonight!

I just know how confusing it would be since he was a tight end and now he's definitely a wide receiver.:evil:

Good luck everybody. Could yahoo be any more ridiculous this year? Haven't been able to get on the server to test my "compatibility" find the autopick settings or really navigate yahoo FF at all due to slow load times, etc. Looks like it might just be an autodraft for me. :(

EDIT: There is no GD reason on this planet that I should have to disable both of my antivirus apps and windows firewall to participate in fantasy football drafts.

You'll likely see some sort of message that says "Enter Live Draft Now" - just click on it and it will load the draft application window. That's at least what happens in the mock drafts that I've done on Yahoo. Based on memory, that's how I think it's worked as well in the two drafts I've been in previously on BGO.

I'm just hoping that the draft application doesn't crap out on me...it has a tendency to like to disconnect me in mock drafts. Add to that the fact that we are having big time thunderstorms in Ontario right now, and it should make for an interesting night.

Tough year to draft imho. 14 teams will make it hard to hit 100 pts every week. And if one of your first two picks goes out with injury, you had better be incredible on the waiver wire.
 
The draft isn't everything. My draft last year was crap... I think I either made the most or the second most waiver moves last year. Had to work hard for it.

Yahoo gave me an A-... I feel good about it. Don't know how I took McFadden I'm still shaking my head about pulling that trigger and I messed up bye weeks pretty bad but I have until week 8 & 9 to adjust. Game on bitches!
