CrossFit Tuesday
Warmup: Jogging, stretching, 50 air squats, 10 deadlifts, 50 lunges & 20 pushups, 20 kettle bell swings
WOD:
- 10 Deadlifts (130 lbs.)
- 25 Push-up burpees
- 50 Kettle Bell swings R. arm (20 lbs.)
- 10 Deadlifts
- 25 Push-up burpees
- 50 Kettle Bell swings L. arm
- 10 Deadlifts
- 25 Push-up burpees
- 50 Kettle Bell swings both arms
2 sets, 15 reps each arm: single arm military press with kettle bell
Just for the record, burpees could be the worst exercise ever invented.
CrossFit today was an RFT (reps for time - as many reps as you can do in the time allotted) workout.
Each station was 20 sec. as many reps as you could/10 sec. break, then 20 sec. on, 10 sec. off. Total of 8 sets ea. station then rotate to next station:
1. Rowing machine
2. Deadlifts
3. Sit-ups
4. Air Squats
* 1 min. break
5. KB swings
6. Tricep Dips
7. Burpees
8. Rope
Any nutrition gurus here? Was curious on what's a decent calorie intake.
