Guys who go in for procedures are often back within that time frame.
Perhaps they're intent on filling the PR and/or KR slots, which we're still pretty desperate at.
Neither Crowder nor Ross shined much on returns last year.
I would not name Carson Palmer or Cam Newton elite, either. Cam could be on his way, but Palmer is about the type of QB I think Kirk can be...a small handful of Pro-Bowls, a Division crown or two...
