I just want to add my appreciation for this site as well. I love the fact that we can have intelligent conversation on most issues. I love the smaller community since most opinions can be heard and debated instead of getting overshadowed by the loudest and most outrageous opinions. All in all, I have enjoyed my time on this board. I don't post all the time, but I try to make my opinions count when I do. And very often I can tell my opinion is appreciated regardless of if I'm right or wrong.

I am hoping to post more during this season. I've thought about doing something fun during the season. I don't want to say too much in case I can't deliver. But I'm kicking around an idea of something I can do and hopefully keep up during the season.

Despite not being able to participate like I once did, at least as verbally, I truly love this home and family that you have built here. You welcomed me as a brother, and just like my childhood home, no matter how far away my lifes adventures take me, this home can always be a place of welcome.

I like that this place isn't as big as the other. The discussions here feel more like discussions you'd have with buddies at the bar. As opposed to the other place where it's just yelling about who's right or why you're wrong. Glad to have found this place courtesy of BB!

It has been my experience, doing Redskins Recon, that smaller, fan-operated sites are consistently better than the "official" team-run sites across the league for the very reasons you mention, Matt. BGO is, even when I take off the Burgundy and Gold glasses, one of the best of those anywhere.

Major kudos the the creators/owners/operaters for making far and away the best Redskins fan site on the planet.

But...has it really been seven years? Doesn't seem like it.
