What the hell is wrong with Directv?!

Happy hour starts in 5 minutes
I learned about it last year. I don't let them automatically renew it so I can call and get a live person. I tell them I want the year for free, they check to see eligibility, and badow!! It's every other year though.
 
Called 'em today and got the Sunday Ticket for free and $20 off a month for the year!

Ready for the season to start!
 
I have to watch my game either on TV (if it shows) or "other" means which I do not care to mention. I cant afford or want direct tv if they are going to do this.

How are you getting it free every other year, Mike? I've had Sunday Ticket for 12 years now and never gotten it free.
 
You need to tell them that you know of this deal...they will just give it to you if you do. I swear to God I went in with this big idea of "ILL ****ING LEAVE, I DONT CARE, I KNOW MY RIGHTS" and when I said I had heard of it she said "let me check your account. Yep, you've been paying for it and are eligible"

They won't let us have dish or satellite here, so I just use the internet. If AT&T does acquire DTV, then I may get Sunday Ticket sometime in the future.
