I don’t think I’ve seen a thread like this one so here goes. What is your favorite/coolest/rarest bit of Burgundy and Gold merchandise you own?

Anything that has to do with any era of Washington Football qualifies. Jerseys, plaques, signed Footballs, etc etc. I have a few pics to start and then I will add a few more later. For me, my coolest bit of gear is my Redskins Super Bowl plaques. Bought all three from an estate sale around 10 years ago. I also have unopened Coke bottles/cans from all three Super Bowl wins (two from 1982) and our 50th Anniversary in 1986.

I have the brass parking spot plates for James Thrash and Cornelius Lucas when they win NFL Player of the week. I’ll post pics when I get home.

As a UK fan, I don't exactly have a lot, but these take me back to the early days of fandom:

Superbowl XXII programme was a competition prize, was not there! Was at the Wembley game in '92, long before regular season games in London were a possibility.

Also have gameday programmes from home games in '08 (vs Cardinals) and '13 (vs Bears), plus the post game Monday editions of the Washington Post following each. Fond memories of both visits.

What is awesome for me is that I’m known as the ultra diehard in the family. In addition to the stuff I buy myself, everybody wants to leave their stuff to me when they either pass on, or it’s just time to downsize. They know it will be well taken care of.

I just came into a cache of old Redskins shirts from the 80’s that belonged to my Grandparents.

After my dad passed away, my mom found his belt buckle from our 2nd SB win and thought I should have it. I didn't tell my husband, just had it laying on my dresser. He thought I was running around yard sales buying random stuff. 😆

Unopened coke bottle for SB17. Unopened Wheaties Box from SB22. Unopened Coke can from SB26. All kind of football cards including the old ones that local PDs gave away.
Honestly, my favorites are just old pieces of paper I used to get autographs in training camp at Carlisle as a kid. Its the memories that trips with extended family, now many passed on that those little faded and worn pieces of paper evoke is why they are my favorites.

Too many to name. I have like 102 of Sean Taylor's rookie cards and he signed most of them. All three Super Bowl programs signed by Joe Gibbs and the respective mvps. Over 30,000 Redskins cards some of them extremely rare. Sammy Baugh pre World War II and Sammy Baugh post World War II rookie cards that I went down to his Ranch in Texas and had him sign them both. Two years of match packs from a laundromat In D.C. 20 players per year. These were before football cards and right after the team moved to DC. All Redskins stuff no Commanders.

I gave my son a signed Sean Taylor photo of him sacking Michael Vick. I just asked him to send me a picture of it. It's pretty cool

Gave this to my son. His three favorite players growing up were Clinton Portis Santana Moss and Sean Taylor and he went to the U. He was the head equipment manager for the football team for 4 years.

I'll try and dig it out of my memory box in the closet, but my first Redskins game I ever finally attended at 29 years old was November 12, 2007 and I was wearing the jersey of my favorite player, ST21. Little did we all realize that he would get hurt in that game and it was the last time he would ever take the field.

Still have the ticket stub in the closet.

I have a few things, the most unique is probably a Mark Moseley autographed picture personalized to me with the inscription ‘82 NFL MVP.

I used to have a Sean Taylor towel from when I attended the game after he died but something happened to it. I do still have some Sean Taylor memorabilia at least.

When I was a kid I had a bunch of cool stuff that was lost over the years, including a Posse poster that I recently learned from AngryChuckT goes for a few hundred dollars on ebay.

I have some other cool stuff, a Billy Kilmer autographed picture that was gifted to me, a FedEx field blanket that depicts the stadium before they removed all the seats which I got after we beat the Giants in 2005, plus the usual assortment of jerseys, hats, jackets, pictures, ornaments, mugs, key chains, stickers, etc. My favorite of those is my 3-time Super Bowl champion cap.
