WE: Redskins sign long snapper

The Red Snapper was great here for a long time - and if his contract were a little longer, I think Shanahan would have left well enough alone.

I think he only signed one year deals anyways.

I also remember reading about the Red Snapper having back surgery. I wonder how much this plays a part in Shannahan's decision. I would think Danny Smith would fight for him if he feels that Albright still has something to offer.
