No no no! In a perfect world, Jason Garrett gets fired and Norv becomes the Cowgirls' head coach.
 
Garrett also needs to stay right where he is for as long as Jerry is the owner. They make the perfect couple. Someone needs to hire Norv to keep the little clan of coaches together. Most incestuous organization there is (the NFL). Bad and washed up coaches never really leave, they just go somewhere else.
