Washington Hires Adam Peters as GM!

Adam Peters is in his 21st season in the NFL and third as the 49ers assistant general manager. Previously, Peters spent four seasons as vice president of player personnel for the 49ers. He joined San Francisco after spending eight seasons (2009-16) with the Denver Broncos.

In 2016, Peters was named the Broncos director of college scouting after spending two seasons as the team's assistant director of college scouting (2014-15). Peters spent three years as a national scout (2011-13) after originally joining the Broncos as a regional scout in 2009.
 
So ironic that the guy we choose to lead this franchise’s return to glory is from the Shanahan tree. Never could have happened prior to the exorcism.
 
The report I saw said they’ll be evaluating the front office staff over the next few days.

Stoked! He's been in a good spot in SF, so he can afford to be picky. Turned down teams last season. Only team he interviewed with this season! It's a new day!

I must admit the Harris group had a game plan at the end of the season, this went far quicker than I expected, almost feels like they might actually know what they're doing?? Refuckingfreshing ain't it.

In a way, he’s followed along the same path as someone like Bethard.

Great news. Top guy. We get him. San Francisco tried hard to keep him. Too bad. So sad. He chose Washington.
