I'm pretty content with our receiving corp. At least I'm happy with our offensive production. Not sure I'd want to risk messing up the chemistry and timing by adding another receiver.

Excited about adding Lattimore. Hope his injury is more about disgruntlement than anything longlasting. Kind of unfortunate the trade deadline happened right in front of a period where we play two games in ten days. Not a lot of time to get Marshon up to speed.
 
Forbes can’t play and St. Juste allows a very high completion percentage on targets so this was our weakest area by far.

I thought we might end up with Jonathan Jones from the Patriots.

I don’t think Lattimore gets traded if Dennis Allen doesn’t get fired.

It was fortuitous for us the way things turned this past Sunday.
 
I know it's crazy - but I think this team might go for it in 2024. I don't know how healthy Lattimore will be down the stretch in 2024, but I don't think it's insane to see us winning the NFC East, and getting to the NFC Championship game.

I also know we could lose out. I'm not dumb.

But the possibilities of this team, especially if the D can be shored up, are REAL.
 
Getting Lattimore in here is definitely a win now move. They think they have a chance to fight for the SuperBowl. It goes through Detroit as of right now. I’m also a little worried about the Vikings defense. Brian Flores has been awesome.

But, I’m getting ahead of myself, that’s playoff talk. We have to beat the Steelers first.

I'm wondering about Adam Thielen... even as a short term cheap rental he could tear up the middle of the field for Jayden. To me he's like another Ertz- gritty vet that just makes plays.
 
love the trade. I do wish we could’ve given up a little less. Mainly because I want us to make another trade or two. Hopefully we can pawn Forbes off on someone and get a 6th back.
 
Preston Smith traded to Steelers. Like they need more pass rushers lol. dang. for a 7th. Not as good as he once was but still. Top 10 teams in the league are really going all in. Am I the only one who doesn't remember this many trades before the deadline in past years?
 
I’m really glad we kept Miami’s 3rd round pick. And that the Saints 5th will be at the very top of that round. If Lattimore is healthy we are very much more ready for playoff style football
 
So we basically traded Dotson and a 4th for Lattimore. Well slap my tushy and call me Susan. I think I'm good with that.

Meanwhile, Cowboy fans are losing their minds over how bad Jerry is at being a GM and how much Washington has changed since the cancer that was Dan Snyder has left.
