Romo needs to get the competition committee to have December, and 4th quarters, removed from the game.

In a season of shit, signing the death certificate on their season will go a long way toward "Making Spirits Bright".
 
It is as inconceivable how Jerry Jones allowed Dallas to go into the 2013 season with the worst defensive line in the NFL, as it is here in Washington that Mike Shanahan continued to start Polumbus, Chester, etc. in consecutive seasons on the OL.

You go back to the GMs for both teams and see how unarmed these organizations are when competing against the Seattles, New Orleans, Denvers and New Englands that are out there.

Seattle for example finds quarterbacks in Round 3 that can step in and play without controversy. They find outstanding defensive players in the middle rounds of the draft and from other teams as street free agents and ex-CFLers.
 
And they also find multiple players who get suspended for drugs.

Just like us.
 
at least we don't have players that kill their teammates in drunk driving accidents and then still end up on the bench in uniform for games the following week.

Yeah Seattle drafts so great they can even afford to waste this years first rounder on a receiver who hasn't even played and nobody cares, they still roll everybody with a QB throwing the ball to a bunch of Hankerson or worse receivers because their QB understand the offense. Meanwhile ours is beyond clueless as Cousins proved coming off the bench for his 2nd start ever. Dude looked like a Pro.
 
the Seattle defense was put together well with a combination of picks, undrafted free agents and pro free agents.

Bobby Beathard missed on Wally Kleine in Round 2 in 1983.

But the point is he still got the team the players it needed to remain a contender.

This team has not done that.

Where Josh LeRibeus has come in and been a bust so far, no one else among the drafted linemen or free agents has stepped up to be a serious contender on a line that is challenged at times.

Oh, don't call me a Romo apologist. I'm not. I don't think he is worth the money they are paying him.

My point was that if you have a 23 point lead going into the 4th quarter and your running game is averaging 7 yards a carry while your defense can't stop the offense from Sister Mary's Finishing School for Girls, you have no business asking your QB to throw the ball. Granted, Tony made a read and a change to a pass play on at least called run but he didn't do that on every pass play in the 4th quarter. The Dallas coaching staff has consistently stuck with the pass, with a lead in the 4th, when they should have gone to a clock eating ground game. On top of that, your defense should be able to defend a 23 point lead, especially with one of the elite pass rushers in the game today.

I'm not apologizing for Tony. I am just saying that while it is vogue to blame him for everything in Dallas, he has a lot of help loosing games.

Seems as if Luck , Wilson, Tannehill, Dalton and others were able to come in and learn the offense.

Either Shanahan is not a good teacher or Griffin is a slow learner.
