So I didn't do the knee jerk reaction , sat back and thought about it. I think the double neck was a teenage dream. Honestly? I probably wouldn't play it too much.

Used to have one of these , but it was a 1972. Killer Les Paul. I probably will be pulling the trigger on this sometime this week. 1968 Gibson Custom Shop Les Paul Custom re-issue in Ebony

Fret buzz on the E and A strings. I raised the bridge and that did not fix it. I spent $300 to have it plekked and I should not have any issues at all. It's not my first Les Paul so there is something wrong with the neck that I can't fix. The store that I bought it from is going to either fix it or replace it
 
New one due tomorrow

They think the problem was coming from the cold weather to the warm weather. The neck might have been tweaked a touch. I am not fucking around with the truss rod. They took care of me 100% without a hassle at all so I'm very happy

I never played the guitar although that would be a cool skill to have later in life.

I did play symphony music in HS though. I played the trombone and baritone and also filled in with the marching band on occasion. Top level nerd stuff in HS.

We once played for President Ford at one of his events.
 
New guitar is killer.

Night one is without an amp. All I do is test all over the neck for accurate notes, octaves, harmonics, etc.

Today I played it direct into my Supro 1614RT Amulet, without any pedals, great tone!!!



Jump to 5.30... Jimmy Page used a Supro on many albums
