$50m in remaining cap space. $50m.

Extra $20m upfront on a 4 year deal, $5m hit this year. Thats without voidable years being considered. That’s nothing in the world of the NFL salary cap.

I think Pittman is the only one we would have a legitimate shot at, and someone I thought we should have chased. BTJ still hasn't been traded, Shaheed stayed home, there is 0.00% chance Roseman puts AJ Brown in division, especially against what should be his chief competition this year.

I actually think it’s a sign of fan growth that many are not willing to give Adam Peters and company a complete pass because he’s a new GM, he came to us from one of the best organizations in the NFL, and he has a great reputation. In the past most fans would choose to blindly believe because we wanted things to work out so badly.

It’s true that AP is still learning. It’s definitely true that ALL GMs have hits and misses. It’s true that he inherited a shit show of a roster thanks to Ron Rivera’s clueless reign. And AP has made some great moves and some highly questionable ones.

But generally I am glad fans are not drinking the Koolaid without questioning things.

I actually think this draft is a pivotal moment for AP.

Two picks before the high end of the 5th round. Don’t see that working.

I know many don’t want a trade back from #7, I reckon he needs to facilitate a move, still get a stud, and extra picks.

Eh. This is big of you, but I don’t want Riggo to apologize and I don’t want you to apologize.

I think differing points of view are healthy.

I disagree by and large with Riggo, but I don’t think it’s the end of the world. We’re engaged and having convos on a forum. To me, that’s the best part of all of this.

It all comes down to benefit of the doubt vs no benefit of the doubt.

I haven’t been pleased with this FO for over a year now. Others are okay giving it more time and growth.

I do agree there has been growth. Just not where I think it was most necessary.

I’m also open to there being time.

But I think this stuff is healthy.
