Well, that isn't saying much...nowhere to go but up.
As for time? 3 Years should be enough for any QB to develop enough to give you an idea of what he can or cannot be. I think he's had enough time to make a statement without relying too heavily upon a single season that was created by a gimmick offense to cater to his strengths...a gimmick that has come and gone. And yes, the offense he ran in his rookie year is gone. Only portions of it, used at the proper times during a game, continue. We've seen the best from this guy. The organization cannot wait another...how many years?
