Last I had heard, the one at Potomac Falls hadn't sold yet after he bought and moved into the new one off GW Parkway south of DC.

Snyder ought to be careful. If he goofs around too long then the league might step in to vote on his ouster. If that happens, all his leverage goes away and the sales price drops dramatically.
 
I think whoever buys this franchise (or any NFL franchise), they aren’t looking at the current cash value as much as future potential value which history suggests is only going to go up and up. It’s insane how much revenue these franchises generate and it’s probably recession/inflation proof.
 
Forbes has the value at 5.6 billion at the start of last season. 7 is not unreasonable due to how much can be made off a NFL team. But 6 is much more likely. I don’t know if we have gotten any solid information on the bids. I do agree that he’s going to lose in the end if he holds out for too much money.

For context, the Broncos were with 3.75 in 2021 and sold for 4.65 in 2022.

The Commanders were worth 4.2 billion in 2021 and now 5.6, even with all the garbage surrounding Snyder during that time. As Forbes mentions, 33% increase. I think the rumors of a sale helped increase that value. Smoke was building all of last offseason, so that may have been baked into the value. But even with all that and the problems with the team, the value is still ridiculously high. Somehow, top 10 in the league.

I don’t care how much it’s sold for, I just want this thing done.
 
When I read or heard about Snyder wanting 7b it was stated that the highest current bid was 6.3b. I don’t remember the source though. Maybe it was this-
