The Bombshell

Yep. This could actually be the smoking gun. Mind you, it's been a long time since any billionaire was held accountable for anything.

Moag is not someone you want to mess with. He is probably the most powerful broker in the state of Maryland. This has the potential to become very, very nasty. Nasty is what Moag does best.

Is that the finances issue reported yesterday or Thursday or is this a new allegation?

Uh oh Danny boy.

The other owners may put up with your regular shenanigans but pocket their money? Fat chance.

Not sure if the two are connected actually,

when i originally read it (and shared it) I kind of assumed they were connected, but this very well may be new

Curious, if/when little satan has to sell, who approves the sale? I’m assuming the league has to approve of the new owner by vote.

Yep. If you remember way back to John Cook Kent. His original choice of owners was rejected by the NFL and then Dan Snyder who was going to be a minority owner with that group stepped up and the NFL said, "Much better! That's our guy!" and approved him.

I don't know if this allegation will be substantiated or not - we'll see. But someone with intimate knowledge appears to have flipped. If that's the case, Dan Snyder is in big trouble - because you know this is likely one of those 'tip of the iceberg' situations. I would be shocked if Snyder weren't involved with financial improprieties given how he has handled himself and all of the decisions we HAVE seen him make over the years. Guy is rotten at the core and in a world where you hope there is still a shred of justice, a man like that just has to go down at some point.

I hope it's true, I hope it can be proven, and I hope it finally results in his ouster.

Every powerful person has a line in the sand that shall not be crossed.

For the NFL elite, I’m pretty sure one in their club stealing their money is it.

Pretty sad but if that’s what it takes but…

Unless said person has damaging information on the other owners and/or Goodell. Honestly it’s the ONLY thing that can explain why the little bastard hasn’t already been ousted imo.

They haven’t removed him because it is unprecedented to force a sitting owner out. Richardson in Carolina sold voluntarily and it never came to that. To cross into this territory the NFL would want something not just ‘bad’ or ‘despicable’ but ‘illegal’. Depending on the evidence this could meet that standard.

It may be ‘unprecedented’ but it’s sure as hell warranted.
