Yeah, but he can't say "it's going to happen" because nobody would tell him that.

What he learned was they were in close contact, and that's enough to know it's a serious possibility. I think he more than hinted it was very likely when he said he was told directly "they are monitoring the situation" and then said something like "that means they are talking." He even said "what does, monitoring the situation mean? It means they are talking."

He didn't make the final leap of "why would they be talking if they weren't serious?" but he didn't have to. That final leap is pretty self evident.

When he said in a podcast he would wait until they came back from vacation and then ask over there to gauge interest. Then in a subsequent podcast said he did talk to sources there and they are interested. It's about as loud Keim speak as it gets. And if some might think that's hindsight talking from me. it wasn't. I posted both times on it, showing that post here. So as for how seriously we should have taken Keim's mentions? to each their own. But I took it very seriously. But that doesn't mean 100%, you don't know until you know.

Again, no real disagreement. But the post I responded to was ONLY about Chris Moore. I don't try and bring your entire posting history or thesis into every reply. You posted about Chris Moore. I replied about Chris Moore.

You're making an interpretation based on one statement, and your interpretation is off. And that's cool.

Obviously, you don't have to follow my posting history or remember everything I've said on these subjects. But the people who do are probably going to have a better sense of where I'm coming from and what I mean when I make certain statements.

I have no problem with this. Though it would be nice to have a full complement of picks for the next draft.

I think both of these were for 2028. I'd be more okay if they did the same and retained all their 2027 picks...if that draft is really all that it is being hyped up to be.

My guess is they are trying, but who's going to give up a backup center?

Part of this problem is we only had 5 draft picks. We picked Styles at #7, then Williams in the 3rd, Joesephs in the 5th, and then Gublin in the 6th. If we had a 2nd or 4th, we might have had a better shot to get a backup or even starting level center.

Those draft picks went for Tunsil, and I have no issue with it, but it did make finding a center in the draft harder.

THis has been bounced around in threads. There are a couple teams that will have an extra center and can't afford keeping them on the roster. To get a 7th, or a name that player at a needed depth positon like a Van Jefferson or Luke for example is a win over a right out cut

I find it really hard to believe they will keep JGG and cut/PS Humphries. Maybe. I kindof think the opposite makes sense. Though all of it might be undone by Tuesday if they sign a couple guys from other rosters, trades, whatever.

Steelers traded OT Broderick Jones to the Cowboys.​

The former first-round pick has significantly underperformed his high draft capital during his four-year professional career but provides an upside-depth piece for a Cowboys team returning all five starters along the offensive line from a season ago. Jones now presumably settles in behind Terence Steele on the right side in Dallas. The remaining details of the deal were not immediately made available
