Peters may also be slightly stubborn to the point he chops his nose off to spite his face, so to speak. We don’t have that kind of insight.

However, to be sat with a boat load of cap space and basically next to nothing on offense isn’t the best look, in my opinion.

However, there’s still time….

To this point he appears to be very disciplined to only pay what he believes a player is worth, and he's not willing to sacrifice that. Maybe he does have room for some more flexibility, but when we're talking about resetting the market on a player who (personally) i don't even view as a top 25 WR in the league... i'm sorry i just don't want to be in that practice.

Absolutely for me. Loved what they did on defense. But still big holes on offense, but one just closed.

Nah, White is good. And it’s better than 29 minutes ago. But I’m not enamored with him, either. And it’s a one year deal. But it’s an improvement so, I can’t be overly picky.

We need receivers.

So happy White is signed and it will sip the talk of a back field with JMC and Bill and Ekeler.

This should cancel Ekeler thoughts...who was a great player in the league and for us.

Good signing. Versatile guy, doesn’t preclude us from drafting Love, leaves room for Bill to grow if we don’t get Love, and he’s a legit NFL back. That’s my minimum requirement for the skill positions because we had some sub-pro level guys taking snaps last year at different spots. I want to aim higher but at least get me an actual professional. Probably the best guy left on the market. It’s fine.

White is a good back. Not a great one. But IMO an improvement of what they had. Good pass catcher, pass blocker, decent runner. I want another RB, don't get me wrong, too. But at least lol, its not just Croskey-Merritt. And I think he's better than the 30 plus year old version of Ekeler.
