The 2026 Free Agency Thread

The Packers released Jones, their starting center from last year. I read that he was coming back from a serious leg injury that included structural damage. Article didn't say if he was still rehabbing or is 100% yet.

We fill one more need with a starting caliber player and this will be a successful free agency imho. Good work on the edge AP!

Sorry. I had to run to MCDonalds for a Apple pie. But I am back. Oh. And I love the Oweh get. Top FA edge for a lot of us. 25 per year isnt ridiculous for a good edge player either.

I guess it will be a roation of some sort, but I think he plays a much bigger role here that at SD where they had Mack and the Tui OSU kid (who I loved last yr)

If we sign Devin Lloyd, Doubs and Aiyuk I’m going to be incredibly happy.

Not thrilled about Biadasz still.

But if we make more moves like we have so far it’s going to be a quality offseason

If we don't land a bigger fish at RB, he is the type of 3rd down back that would be beneficial
 
No, I am not quiet. I think we just went from a wetting our pants position to one where we have made ONE good move.

But to be honest I was expecting to get FOUR impact players this offseason - 3 in free agency and the one at #7 in the draft.

We can still do that but after missing out on some guys its going to take some rather good sorting and fitting.

Give: #7
Get: BTJ, 2nd, 3rd

Don't know his perceived value, but BTJ seems like a roughly equivalent prospect to any WR in this years draft...
 


Idk man. I just don’t know. I’d think depth if we didn’t give him the (unnecessary?) contract we did.
 
Just as a reminder, we don't need any 'post police'. Everyone has the right to be reactionary, annoying, dumb, whatever it is... we have staff here to intervene if it ever becomes necessary :) Not everyone has to respond like YOU do... different strokes for different folks. Everyone here is, by definition, a huge fan of this team and wants the Front Office to kill it.
