Some sites have him running a 4.6, but others say they are expecting something in the 4.4’s at the combine. Can he train down 2/10’s??
 
Well this is not good. One of my co-workers is a huge Alabama fan, I'm gonna have to deal with a super grumpy woman after this.

Luckily, I don't go back to work until Monday hopefully she's cooled off by then.

No love for WR Chris Brazzell II IF we were to trade down a few spots, get Downs, Styles etc. get a 2nd rounder and draft him?

I dont see anyone wasting draft capital to trade up in this draft. The talent level really isnt there for it. And that is the main reason we need to stand pat and take the best player there.

That's why I said "if". We don't know what AP is going to do. We don't know our draft position at this point either so if we move up a few spots or a QB falls, someone MIGHT make an offer that AP takes. Again, no way of knowing.
 
I have come around to the theory that spending big on a running back, either in free agency or the draft should be the finishing touch on a really good team. Too many times a poor to mediocre team drafts a running back early. The running back does well, but the team still struggles. I am out on Jeremiyah Love.

I’m not. For the same reasons. This team isn’t as bad as it was this season. We have a very good OL and QB. This offense can be explosive.

With Love and Bill as relief we have a steady run game as well.
 
Quinn did not bring in the best staff.

Whitt left Dallas as an afterthought, they had no interest in retaining him and promoting him to DC.

Bobby Johnson was a guy that Roseman booted out of Philly amid the staff changes around Siriani before their Super Bowl run.

Kingsbury has always been controversial. He had one 10-6 team in Arizona and then last year at 12-5 with Daniels.

But he doesn’t have a 10 year record of success in the league.

Hasn’t been part of one of the top organizations either.

Bobby Johnson came from New York. They fired after the Giants had a rough 2023. But so far he has gotten really good reviews with the work he has done with the O-Line in Washington. Brian Johnson is who you were thinking of. He was the OC for the Eagles in 2023 when they had their collapsed. The Eagles offense wasn't that statistically bad that year, but not as good as the 2022 or 2024 offenses under Steichen and Kelllen Moore, but significantly better than this year's offense....

Brian Johnson, not Bobby. Bobby is the OL coach and no one is complaining about him. Brian Johnson also took Jalen Hurts to finishing 2nd in the MVP race in 2023. The same Jalen Hurts who doesn't complete passes in whole halves of games.

Kingsbury has done a terrific job this year, cobbling together a halfway competent offense, despite using patchwork receivers and QBs. Likewise, he's considered a head coach candidate around the league, again.

I'd argue it was better--they put up similar numbers in 2023 against a more difficult schedule, without Saquon Barkley. People are really underrating Brian Johnson, in my opinion.
 
I’m not sure how Branch has slipped from my gaze… I mean I knew he was good. But he’s electric.
